Hotel Rooms & Transportation

After you register we will send you a link for booking your hotel room.
$165 discounted daily Marriott room rate (not including taxes and fees)
HBOT 2019 Conference dates: October 2nd, 3rd, and 4th

Early arrival discounted hotel reservation start date: Tuesday, September 29th

Late departure discounted hotel reservation end date: Monday, October 5th

 

A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available, so please book your room early.You are responsible for securing your own transportation and for booking and paying for your hotel room.

Registrants are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations and securing their own transportation. While a sufficient number of rooms have been set aside at the hotel for the registrants, there are occasions when the room block sells out prior to the date of the conference. Please make your hotel reservations as early as possible. Reservations made after the reservation deadline will be accepted on a space-available basis and may not qualify for discounted rates.

Cancellation Policy

Any HBOT 2019 cancellations prior to June 15th will be entitled to a full refund on HBOT 2019 ticket price, but not membership monies paid to Hyperbaric Medicine International. After this date, refunds will be limited to 50% of the ticket price. Hyperbaric Medicine International's cancellation policy does not apply to your travel expenses, to include the hotel rooms that you book through the Marriott or other hotel room providers. You are solely responsible for any charges or cancellation fees for your hotel, room and travel expenses, including transportation, food, lodging, or any other expenses related to attending HBOT 2019.

Refund Policy

The organizers of HBOT 2019, Hyperbaric Medicine International (HMI), reserve the right to refuse entry into the conference without providing a reason or justification. Under such circumstance, all monies paid would be refunded in full by the organizers. HMI's refund policy does not apply to your travel expenses, such as the hotel rooms that you book through the Marriott or other hotel room provider. You are solely responsible for any charges or cancellation fees for your travel expenses, including transportation, food, lodging, or any other expenses related to attending HBOT 2019.

Substitutions

You can substitute a different person for any HBOT 2019 admission ticket for a $50.00 administration fee, provided that person qualifies for the admission ticket's registration price. Please contact us at: 484-639-9006

Minimum Age

Unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, the minimum age for admission to HBOT 2019 is 18.

Photography & Videography

A Hyperbaric Medicine International (HMI) employee or contracted photographer and/or videographer may take photos and/or audio/video of participants and exhibitors at HBOT 2019, including on the trade show floor, and during all programs and events. These photos and videos are for HMI use only, and may appear on HMI's: live streaming conference feed, website, social media outlets, printed materials, and other promotional materials. Attendee registration and attendance grants HMI permission and consent for the use of this photography and audio/video.
